Work Party Anyone?

Many residents have expressed an interest in helping out around the community in order to decrease costs. We LOVE the idea, but need volunteers. If you would be willing to donate some time and do a little manual labor we'd love the help. The first project we think needs addressing is the Utility Doors - many of these are in desperate need of refinishing and should have a dramatic impact on the look and feel of the community. Ideally we would do these early next year. If we can not get a work party together, we will be requesting proposals in order to get the work done.
