STREET REPAIRS: (May 8 & 10)

Now that the large roofing trucks are done going in and out of the complex and the weather is warming up the final phases of the street repair project will commence. Notices were sent out to all homeowners at their home address, and in the monthly newsletter. Also, notices were posted on the Candelero Facebook page and emailed to all those who have requested notification when the website was update. If you did NOT receive this notice, please email candelerohoa@outlook.com. Fines and tow fees will be assessed to individuals who do not comply with the notice or who damage the fresh asphalt.
